You should know, up front, we're searching for a teammate willing to grow personally & professionally, work with us long-term in a fun & family type atmosphere, and have their responsibilities grow over
- Manage all hands-on operational aspects of the company and provide day-to-day leadership and management to product fulfillment, product delivery, customer service; and, assisting the President in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.
- Maintain open communications with clients, monitor service levels agreements, appraisal quality requirements.
- Assess the accuracy and completeness of the data and information contained in appraisal reports to client specific requirements. A cursory review (maps, legal, etc).
- Answer phones, provide fee quotes, and schedule appraisal assignments.
- Develop, communicate, and implement internal systems/processes.
We’re looking for a bonafide leader to manage our office. To qualify for this position, the successful candidate:
Must have a Great Attitude (Positive, fun, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and interested in learning.)
Must speak English Fluently.
Must write effectively in Americanized English.
Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently (i.e. multi-task.)
Must think & act independently.
Must be comfortable with communicating with external clients & internal teammates.
Must be comfortable in a leadership role.
Must be able to build rapport quickly on a telephone call.
These are some characteristics we prefer, but don’t require:
Past experience working in the Real Estate Industry (i.e Real Estate Agent/Broker, worked with a Real Estate Agent, worked in Mortgage Industry, worked with Real Estate Investors, etc.)
Past experience with cold-calling & lead generation.
A Bachelors college degree or higher.
