SaaSpeople - We are a recruitment company that hires Salesforce skilled professionals (admins, developers, architects, projects managers, business analysts) for all types of organisations across APAC. The objective of this job is to populate our CRM with relevant contacts and their respective information to increase our database of potential clients that we can develop business with.
- You will be given a list of 200 or so company names of businesses across APAC
- Based on 'how to' specific instructions from us, you will find the names of key contacts within each company on LinkedIn and populate our CRM with their profiles, contact details, location, job title etc
- You will be given logins to a SaaSpeople LinkedIn account as well as a SaaSpeople CRM database account
- The process will be as follows
Go down the list of companies and for each one:
a. Look up the company on LinkedIn
b. Find the most relevant contact/s to Salesforce team, IT or Business Ownership (in that order of preference)
c. If not a first connection LinkedIn already, send a connection request
d. For non first connections, add new the person as a new contact in the company record in SaaSpeople CRM and include the following information in the relevant fields: Full name, company, title, last correspondence e.g “sent LI request 21/7/18”. If the person is already a contact in the right company, cross reference their details in our CRM with LinkedIn to ensure they are correct (assuming LinkedIn has the correct details)
e. For people that are existing first connections, add the person as a new contact in company record in SaaSpeople CRM and populate same fields as in previous point. If the person is already a contact in the right company, cross reference their details in our CRM with LinkedIn to ensure they are correct (assuming LinkedIn has the correct details)
**If the company does not exist in SaaSpeople CRM you will have to create a New Company, you will be shown how to do this in the training**
f. Then go back into the company record and complete the following fields if they are not already/are inaccurate: Company name, bio, mailing state (i.e. where the head office is)
g. Keep a separate list of every contact that has been sent a LI request, so in a few weeks time they can be tracked on LinkedIn to see when request is accepted, at which point then add their contact details or send message if no
