I NEED A GREAT CONTENT WRITER

I need someone whose written English is exemplary. You were either educated in the USA and moved back to the Philippines, or you are an American living there. I really really need someone who can write English REALLY well, colloquially. But that's not all, you need to be able to research a topic and write about it (like pest control, or plumbing, or concrete driveways, or law .....).
