Social Media Manager, Customer Service, Assistant

King & Fifth Supply Co is a leading independent menswear brand and is looking for a creative individual to manage our social media channel and blog. The candidate will also perform Various Assistant Tasks, Customer Service, and Data Entry.

The position is currently available for 20 hours per week and will be offered for a period of 6 months. If the candidate performs well and is a good fit with our team you will earn the option to stay as a permanent member on our ---------- pending on Experience, 40 hours could be available from the start. The main roles are described below:

Social Media - Instagram/Facebook: The associate will be responsible for engaging with our customers and our instagram community by providing posts, comments, likes, and shares. Associate must be able to read and speak English perfectly and also must understand the unique tone of our ---------- addition, the associate will search for influencers that will complement our brand and create a relationship with them to target partnering with them for promotional opportunities. The associate must have experience with the Instagram platform and have an understanding of how the community works and must have an understanding of what an influencer is and how they currently work.

Social Media - Youtube: Associate will be responsible for searching for Youtube influencers that would make good partners for our brand and product. Associate will contact and try to create partnerships with youtube influencers with a goal of cross-promoting.

Social Media - Pinterest: With a large percentage of traffic generated by pinterest, the Associate will be responsible for managing our strategic pinterest plan

Analytics: Associate must have strong analytical skills and use them when reviewing social media data for making strategic decisions

Assistant Tasks: Associate will be responsible for data entry and reporting, other forms of customer service, as well as other various tasks

Blog Writing: The associate will be responsible for writing creative fashion articles. We will provide examples of creative content that already exists on the blog while associate will create similar content as well as fresh new ideas for sharing with our audience. Associate must have a background in writing blog articles and writing with SEO intentions.

Customer Service: Associate must have a customer-centric background as our customers quite often message us via instagram or facebook ---------- anization: Associate must be extremely neat and organized.

Additional assignments in the fall can be assisting in Chat customer service as well as working to build reviews from our new and existing customers.
