Administrative Assistant / Supplier Outreach

Phone Wholesale Suppliers & Open Accounts:

I’m looking for someone to help me create buyer accounts with wholesale distributors. The objective is to set up an account and get a supplier product sheet (listing all items carried by the supplier, along with UPC code for each item). Training will be provided to explain this in more detail.
The role will consist of:
1. Identifying wholesale distributors through strategic searches (via Google and other directories)
2. Phone communication with each wholesale distributor to open accounts
3. Fluent spoken English is essential

I will provide basic training and hands on support initially, but I expect the successful candidate to be a “self-starter”, someone who can take initiative, and learn on the job.
