Tech VA: Clickfunnels Builder

We are focused on transforming the love lives of Successful Single Women over the age of ---------- eking Someone with a Positive Can- Do Attitude that has experience in Clickfunnels. Knows how to update funnels, graphically design and change. Also have a good handle of the English language. This would be as needed.

DETAILS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and test emails in Clickfunnels / Infusionsoft for the weekly newsletter emails for Inspire Many
- Manage the repurposing of FB lives into content for Inspire Many
- Load / manage IM blog posts from re purposed FB live content
- Email & webinar integration support on various funnel projects within various webinar platforms
- Load Manychat messages for messenger bot sequences
- Solving problems and working with customer support of either Clickfunnels or Infusionsoft
- Uploading videos to Vimeo and providing embed codes in appropriate documents
- Manage IM Inc customer service emails (not clients but login / product issues)
- Manage IM website updates
- Please indicate if experience with Graphic Design with samples

REQUIREMENTS:
- Appx 10/ week availability for InspireMany
Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and see when there is something that may need to be taken off the head project managers plate
- Knowledge and experience with Clickflunnels, Infusionsoft management platforms
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative to use resources to learn, and ask questions when instructions are not clear
- Ability to communicate clearly around deadlines, priorities, workload and turnaround times without becoming disorganized within a fast-paced agency environment
- Extensive knowledge with Google Drive and all the various sheets within it
- Excellent problem solver who can find answers to questions or issues they run into and isn’t afraid to solve tech issues through research on their own
- Exceptional ability to manage time & prioritize projects to get done what’s most important first
