PHP program modification

-looking for someone to modify & customize an open source PHP script for a daily deals site that will be hosted on a Linux server
-also looking for someone to make a mobile app that updates from main website for this project (to come later on once the main site is up and running smoothly)
-the program must service both a main administrator (our company), B2C (retail customers) and B2B (our clients) and be able to add an event & directory & rewards module when needed
