T-Shirt Graphic Designer (300-450 designs/mo) First batch of 10 at 2.5$ per design (1.25$-1.75 for bulk ongoing basis)

Good Day!
We have a steadily growing Apparel business. Therefor we want to also grow our Design Talents Team.
This Position requires an graphic designer to produce illustrations. We ant basic illustration, not too basic, but good looking. This is a long-term opportunity where’s potential to produce hundreds or thousands of designs.
Your first task will be to produce about 10 designs (first we’ll send 2 design ideas, after seeing that the rest of 10 designs) You will have to produce original/unique illustrations. After your initial batch of 10 we’ll judge if we would like to give you the opportunity to work further with you.

Long-term, we expect near full autonomous work, where you take ideas from our spreadsheet and work on your own without a lot of back and forth. Which means we reduce communication and you work creative within your own boundaries of expertise. There’s no limit.

Ideas for shirts will be provided to you through a google sheet. We will sometimes include a URL of other designs we want you to improve. This could be to take a text based design, and create an illustration around or a design and create a better version of this.

Working details:

Designers needed to work for 2.5$ per design and less 1.25$ to 1.75$ for bulk orders. When we receive the first designs we will judge if we want to continue working with you.

{*****VERY IMPORTANT****} You’ll provide a .PSD or .AI file and WE OWN THE RIGHTS to the designs. You will not use it elsewhere on the internet. Any designs, images or fonts that are infringing on Intellectual Property (IP) or Copyright will NOT be accepted


Skills Needed:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
You should be willing to create 10-15 designs per day or about 300 to 450 designs per month. You must have a good internet connection to do the Skype interview and do Feedback rounds to improve our work together.
You must know how to use Google Drive/Sheets, Slack and other basic software and should be able to communicate well in English.
