Customer Service VA for eBay Dropshipping Business

I am looking for a full time customer service VA to help out with my eBay dropshipping ---------- is a full time job in that you must be online and ready to answer messages if they come in for 40 hours a week, but likely you will not actually be working for nearly that amount of time, especially at the early stages of the job. Responsibilities are mostly taking care of customers concerns through the eBay messages, but there are some other aspects of the job as well, which may include making phone calls, using the live chat feature from sites like Sears or Home Depot, some data entry, etc.

Requirements:
-Strong internet. This should be a given, but to work an online job you need a good internet connection
-Good english skills, both written and verbal. You must be fluent in English and have good grammar skills
-Good organization skills
-Good work ethic
-honesty
-ability to work mostly unsupervised, and occasionally with a team
-ability to commit to working at least 7 hours a day, 6 days a week. If unforeseen circumstances come up, tell me in advance and we can work something out, but in general you are expected to keep to this schedule week in and week out.
-not required, but if you can keep U.S hours instead of Philippine hours, that is a big plus.
