OVERVIEW
Trustmarq Global Services is a cyber security consultancy with offices across the US east coast. As our clients' trusted advisors, we constantly seek out business-minded technology professionals who can carry technical conversations and understand our clients’ business model.
Our team is searching for a detailed oriented and highly organized professional who is qualified and experienced to perform marketing and other demand generation back-office tasks. An enthusiastic and personable individual would be able to grow with the firm, and help us with promoting our business to the global business community.
An ideal person would have all three of the following:
1. Interpersonal Skills - A MUST
2. Marketing Campaign Management experience
3. Basic Understanding of IT and Cyber Security Subject Matters
4. A burning passion to succeed in this role
Essential success ingredient is your desire to learn, your ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, delivery teams, and.
Successful candidate is required to work out of our Alpharetta, GA office. Remote work is acceptable in some cases after 6 months of consistent performance, subject to management approval.
Recent or upcoming college graduates, as well as OPT/CPT candidates are encouraged to apply, but you must have related and recent experience. We provide a path to H1B and permanent residency for the right candidates in due time commensurate on performance. Some training is available, and starting out in a part time capacity is permissible for the right person.
JOB DUTIES
1. Client Relationship Management Support:
1.1. Manage client portal profiles (registrations, maintain supporting documentation, insurance certificate updates, client portal email monitoring and alerts)
2. Partner Relationship Management Support:
2.1. Vendor Management System (VMS) Platform Support (checking for requisition posts, recommend matching candidates to recruitment team, submit candidates, initiate background checks
2.2. Manage partner portal profiles (registrations, maintain supporting documentation, adding/changing users, submitting tickets, monitoring requisition requests – both email and website)
2.3. Provide updates to supporting documentation (insurance certificates, quarterly/annual reports, etc.)
3. Sales Team Support:
3.1. Proposal writing and delivery support
3.2. Client and prospect research
3.3. Provide updates to supporting documentation (insurance certificates, quarterly/annual reports, etc.)
4. Market Research and Business Development Support:
4.1. Perform research on potential clients, companies, industries, and other content as needed by the sales and service delivery teams and keep our information current as needed.
4.2. May need to assist with product development projects and activities
4.3. Conducts market research (domain research, latest event research, competitive landscape research, etc.)
4.4. Search for hardware/software RFP’s on the Internet, and bring back to Management’s attention
5. Website Support:
5.1. Manage corporate website and blogging sites (Wordpress)
5.2. Manage social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
6. Group Email and Alias Accounts Monitoring:
6.1. Monitor group email inboxes for forwarding to the right persons, escalations, and alerts
7. Online Services and Applications Support:
7.1. Manage Online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform (maintenance, data management, backups and restores, reporting
7.2. Search for and update CRM records with fresh information from online databases (client personnel, client companies)
7.3. Amazon AWS instance maintenance and support
8. Recruitment Support (supporting role):
a. Candidate search and outreach (find candidates based on criteria, send templatized emails, forward responses to Recruitment team)
