We are looking for a full time team member to work within our Investment Research Team while marketing products through social media, auction bidding sites, and classified ads postings.

As part of the team you will be working with us to do research, evaluation, and tracking of products and investments through managing and updating databases within the business network

Starting Salary: 12000 PHP plus bonus potential

•Fluent written and spoken English for phone meetings and conversations with clients.

•Internet and Technology savvy

•Knowledge in using General Office software: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

•Knowledge in Google Applications: Calendar, Contacts, Gmail

•Strong organization skills is a must

•Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required to interact with the team and clients

•Ability to Multi task

•Outstanding Phone etiquette

•Sharp memory and time management

•Proficient in research

•Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess ability to problem-solve with minimal supervision

•Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment

•Has a passion for continuing education and constant learning experience

•Must be proficient with maintaining social media updates / interactions / screenings

•Must be comfortable with formatting and posting ads on Classified and Auction websites

•Previous Virtual Assistant experience required

•Must be flexible with availability and varied work hours based on projects and deadlines

•Pay pal account for getting paid weekly

Technical requirements:

•Must have High speed internet capable of making outbound Skype calls to clients and for research.

•Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation feature will help.
