Job Description:
- Develop new business both through new customer acquisition and selling new applications/solutions into existing customer accounts.
- Be responsible for managing all phases of the sales pipeline.
- Particular emphasis on identifying and prospecting to new customers and recognizing opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted vertical markets.
- Hunter Mentality, requiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual
- Create Solutions around the client goals by creating multi mix product solutions centered around client goals and budget requirements.
-Ability to close new business with higher than average client spend to accommodate their growth goals
- Support sales growth by educating customers on the products, programs and promotions being offered.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate internally for continual process improvements.
- Generate sales leads, gather competitive intelligence, give product demonstrations, and make proposals to potential customers.
Requirements:
- A college degree in marketing, business or related field
- 2 years’ experience within an eCommerce environment OR a desire to learn quickly
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Willing to embrace new technology and social media.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and technology
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Conflict management skills, the ability to multi task and maintain a professional composure
- The ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere even under stressful times
- A “can-do” attitude, a winning spirit and the desire to help others
- Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold calling.
- Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget. Results oriented.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Energetic self motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong work ethic.
- Able to sell to C-level executives (CEO, CMO, President, VP, Director Level, etc…)
- Organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability.
