Independent Contract Agreement

Hi,

I need an Independent Contractor Agreement written for a Canadian company hiring a Vendor / Contractor in the Philippines.

I have a sample copy of our North American ICE as well as some information on things that would be important to include (intellectual property etc) however I do not know the applicable employment laws in the Philippines. Is this something you're able to do for me?
