We are looking for:
A Virtual Marketing Assistant who speaks English really well, is willing to work with our time zone, and is deeply committed to making a positive difference.
Your primary responsibilities:
• Sending marketing emails
• Adding content and uploading files to web sites
• Updating social network sites and blogs
• Creating and editing web pages
• Setting up products and forms in shopping cart system
• Editing and managing documents
• Customer service – answering customer questions by email and phone
• Contacting customers directly for failed credit card payments and welcome calls to our new programs
Skills required:
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Experience with managing online marketing campaigns such as email, social media and blogging
• Experience with InfusionSoft, email marketing software (setting up and sending email,
• shopping cart and contact management)
• Posting content and files online (WordPress and Ning)
• Dreamweaver and basic knowledge of HTML
• FTP
• Editing audio recordings
• Skype
• Google Docs

Other qualifications:
• Ability to work during U.S. daytime hours (nighttime in Philippines) – IMPORTANT,
9:00 am – 6 pm
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and loves being a problem solver
• Driven to incrementally improve systems and performance
• Cares about clients and provides excellent customer service
• Deep interest in the latest internet marketing tools
• High-speed internet connection
• Great team player
• Ability to work with little supervision

Hours and salary:
• You would be an independent contractor for Bill Baren Coaching
• Estimated 40 hours per week
• Salary based on experience
