Social Media & Marketing must have experience with marketing real estate/Vacation rental properties

We need an experienced, detailed-oriented and organized individual to manage marketing and social media for our 9 vacation rental properties.
Must be well versed in ---------- and facebook have at least 2-years experience in marketing and social media in an English-speaking country.
Must have at least 2 excellent marketing/social media references.
Tasks will include completing regular social media posts and creating marketing campaigns to promote our rental properties to current and future clients.
Weekly posts to promote open/available properties
Outreach- acquiring new business through social media and fourm lists
CRM- must be fluent in Mail Chimp
Writing- must be skilled in writing news blasts (newsletters through mail chimp) that catch attention and gain new clientele

Hours and dates- must post at times that will attract the most attention- usually around 11am-noon weekdays, Pacific Standard Time.

Starting at $5/hour with an increase to $5.50 after 6 weeks of excellent performance. Additional raises and bonuses for continued excellent performance.

9AM – 1PM daily

REQUIREMENTS:

Read, write and speak English proficiently

2 excellent social media/marketing references in an English speaking country
