Hello! First of all, thank you for your interest. I’m looking for a FB ads manager and someone to help me with ads and creatives. PLEASE read ALL of this if you are serious about this
I will also be assisting in ad copy and copy approval process.

I will later be launching an online coaching program based around self-development for women that I will also need help advertising.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Proficient in English speaking and has excellent writing skills
+ Must understand latest
+ Must be able to properly structure
+ Must understand how to fully utilize
+ Must understand
+ Must understand how to use
+ Must understand custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and video view campaigns
+ Must be proficient in remarking
+ Must understand DPAs advertising
+ Must understand how to take prospecting campaigns to scalable profitable advertising
+ Must be able to work with small and medium sized budgets
+ Excellent communication skills
Performance:
+ Must be able to work for me 1 - 4 hours per day
+ Must be able to meet with me at least 2 times a week
+ Work on your own time around the scheduled meetings
+ Must be able to help me create benchmarks for KPIs
+ Must be able to optimize exceptionally based off of split testing
+ Must be able to to coordinate with my graphic design
Compensation:
+ This is not a performance based compensation structure but I’m willing to consider adding this to your hourly pay if ads perform at an agreed percentage week over week for ROAS.
