Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s /College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 5-10 years working experience in the related field preferably Assistant Manager/Manager role specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Required language (s) English, Filipino
Required skills: Creating policies, memos, show cause notices, client presentation, vendor management, counsel, leadership
Knowledgeable in all HR functions/or as Generalist
Proven working experience with HR metrics
Excellent active listening skills, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
With prior experienced in the IT or BPO company is an advantage
Can handle a team with support
With pleasing and pleasant personality
Computer savvy
Must be willing to be assigned in shifting schedule and to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City
Willing to start ASAP
