Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications:

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related case.
At least 3 years experience in end to end recruitment in Agency/ Recruitment Firm, or corporate organizations including volume recruitment.
Solid experience in direct sourcing including sourcing candidates from job boards, associations, universities, referral programs and internet.
Preferably with extensive background in the recruitment side of BPO and I.T Industry
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City
