Part-time virtual assistant

Do data entry task for one of my websites (2-3 hours per day). Do social media promotion for 2 of my sites (1-2 hours per day).

The tasks you need to do every day will require 4-5 hours. I think after around 5-7 days, you'll be able to do the daily tasks within 3-4 hours only.

Payment per month for the first month is $150. ($37.5 weekly payment)
If the freelancer’s performance is good, payment for the second month will be $200. ($50 weekly payment)
If the freelancer’s good performance brings the sites good results, payment for the third month will be $250. ($62.5 weekly payment)
The freelancer’s performance will be further evaluated at the end of the third month. If the freelancer’s performance has been exceptional, he/she will be given additional tasks and will be considered a full-time contractor. Payment per month will be $400-$500 depending on the tasks he/she will be able to handle.
