Web Designer/Developer (WordPess)

Apply only if you know how WordPress works.

We are looking for a Web Designer/Developer who can work with us for a long-term basis. Our websites are all in WordPress platform. We already have someone who took care of our hosting/domain/server, maintenance, etc. so we are not looking for such person. What we look for is someone who can:

1. Design WordPress (Most of the time we buy premium theme according to the niche of our website). So we are looking for someone who can customize the theme. These include CSS, Javascript or HTML. This is somewhat easy task for the right candidate.

2. PHP. Other web dev don't use WordPress, so we are open on creating one with PHP. But for now, we just focus on the existing website.

You will be receiving a monthly retainer fee and additional fee for every task that is difficult. (We don't want anyone who will take advantage of our kindness. We will know if the task is difficult or not as we consult other web developer too.) This is like an on-call job or per task or per project, but you will be receiving a monthly salary regardless if we need a redesign for that month or not. For this month we need a redesign of our website. Design will be approved by the client.

Only apply if you are able to work ASAP and can work with other team member too. Also we pay extra fee/bonus if you REALLY CAN design. Best if you can provide a portfolio of your past work.
