Post videos To a Youtube Channel

Hi,

I am looking for somebody to simply download specific youtube videos around a specific topic and have them uploaded onto our youtube channel. I will provide an instructional video on how to find the videos I am looking for and what search criteria to include. This will be a long-term project as the target I to have 400 -500 videos uploaded overtime as quick as possible.
