2D Illustrator & Storyboard Artist

COMPANY
We’re a U.S. based company that produces high-quality animated explainer videos at an affordable price - currently, we have the largest portfolio (3,000+ videos) in the industry!

ROLE
As a 2D Illustrator & Storyboard Artist, you’ll pull from asset libraries as well as design custom assets to create and compose characters, backgrounds, & assets. You’ll also instruct our animation team by storyboarding key actions & transitions.

KEY SERVICES
> video style frames in various 2D styles
> video storyboards & animation direction
> logo designs
> infographic designs
> clean source files

KEY ACTIVITIES
- create video style frames, storyboards, and add-on items, such as video logos, infographics, and branding material
- collaborate with project managers on accommodating client requests
- design stunning style frames and storyboards by incorporating the fundamental design principles of line, color, texture, shape, movement, rhythm, & proportion
- instruct our animation team on how to animate your work without any words

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- portfolio of relevant work in a wide range of 2D animation styles
- minimum of 2-5 years experience in graphic design or digital illustrations - experience in animation is a huge plus
- experience accommodating client requests and making suggestions for improvement
- fluent in English: written & spoken
- extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
