Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales & Marketing forms part of the team who collectively makes key decisions for the company's marketing and communications strategies. Working with the CEO, the successful candidate will take the lead role in directing the planning and execution of revenue management, direct sales and communications to maximize revenues and profitability in all segments of the business.

We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, energetic and who has a proven track record in communications, sales and marketing. The required experience we are looking for include:
- Cold-calling
- Business development
- Sales prospecting
- Lead Generation
- Marketing / Social Media
- English proficiency, and ability to work is EST.

Other preferred skills:
Basic knowledge of project management skills; being organized is a must.
Some knowledge B2B sales / SaaS industry would be ideal.
Experience with social media a plus.

Bonuses depending on performance.
