JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian based online business in its start up phase. We sell high quality, Australian made protein powder.

We’re searching for the right individual for a long term fit. We’re searching for someone that can grow with us. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills is as important as having strong foundation skills to get ---------- erest in health and fitness is advantageous. Training and education around the product(s) will be provided.

Daily tasks include:
- Communicate effectively with the main office in Australia via emails and instant message
- Answering customer service enquiries
- Creating marketing campaigns
- Research tasks
- Creating content for our website and social media platforms
- Engaging with social media influencers
- Creating sales leads and engaging with potential customers

Weekly meetings will occur via Skype/Facetime and task list provided and discussed for the week. Virtual assistant will need to be excellent at time management and managing their own tasks effectively, proactively and independently.

Virtual assistant required, with experience in:
- Social media management
- Customer service emails
- Blogging/content creation
- Research
- Proof reading
- Advertisements & marketing

Must know how to use:
- Mail Chimp
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Trello
- Microsoft Office

For the right person we are prepared to negotiate around freelance/part time/full time work is available, as well as wage/salary.
