We are an online ecommerce company which sells home and outdoor products
on Amazon and online shopify stores. We are a fast growing company and need a virtual assistant to help with the following tasks. Communicate with me once a week and use skype or wechat to send responses. I am easy going and the work is ---------- support
• Handle website maintenance and updates (Wix and shopify)
• Upload images and create new product listings
• Need to know Photoshop or Illustrator, remove product background and combine photos to produce high quality product photos
• Using our software to locate popular products.
Sales Support
• Drive traffic to online storefronts
• Manage and post new content for FB, Instagram or twitter
• Create promotional campaigns and events for online sales
• Respond email to customers and monitor customer reviews and feedback.
