T shirt design for Amazon Merch

Looking for a designer that can me sent a design and create a similar and better design than what was sent. Needs to be formatted in Amazon Merch requirements.

Will do test design to see your work and pay $2 US for this design if I dean it usable. If approved, you can expected to produce 5-10 dollars per day at $1.70 per design.
