Facebook , google ads, instagram ads marketer for a restaurant

We are seeking someone who has experience with the following:
-Setting up ads for facebook and google.
-Knows how to set target audiences
-Knows how to set up instagram ads
-Analyze PPC and FB ads

Min one year experience
This is a part time 2 times a week job.
