Looking for a Full Time Amazon VA Interested in Long Term Employment

I'm looking for someone to join our team as a full time Amazon Assistant. We need someone dedicated and interested in long-term employment.

When working for us, you will need to be open to doing whatever the business needs.
This will include, but not be limited to:

-Customer Service: replying to emails quickly and leaving the customer satisfied
-Monitoring Reviews: checking product and seller reviews, responding to reviews and resolving issues that come up
-Creating Shipments to Amazon: this will include inventory forecasting (figuring out what stock needs to be shipped to Amazon), creating shipping labels and emailing them with detailed shipping instructions to our 3PL warehouse, as well as scheduling trucking from the warehouse to Amazon.
-Keyword Optimization- figuring out the best keywords for our product listings.

Requirements:
-Admin Assistant
-Must be fluent in English speaking and writing
-Previous Amazon Experience is a huge plus
-Detail oriented
-Ability and interest in learning to use new programs
-Must have excellent, reliable internet connection
-Must be able to overlap with our working hours (US EST Time Zone) a minimum of 2 hours, 2 times a week (min 4 hours total)
-Proficient in Word and Excel

Salary:
Position is for 40 hours a week. Starting salary is between $ ---------- USD a month. After a few months of excellent work, there will be an opportunity an increase in salary by a nice percent.
