Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:



EMAIL
MARKETING

Manage day-to-day email marketing activities including but not limited to email sends; template creation; email campaign setup; and scheduling, A/B testing, and deployment of one-off, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.

Stay abreast of email marketing best practices with coding, design, and testing.

Continuously review marketing data to improve lead generation and propose new ideas for creative segmentation and messaging.

Generate regular reports and provide recommendations on improving email metrics.

Work closely with internal teams and use statistical analysis, reports, and best practices to drive strategy in building successful email campaigns.

Document processes and tactics that lead to successful email campaigns.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING

SEO/SEM - Ensuring that we are in the first page of google and appearing on searches based on the keywords we need to target.

Daily management and execution of multiple digital ad campaigns including Google AdWords, social media advertising through Facebook and Twitter, display advertising, retargeting, SEO, SEM, and other channels to drive traffic.

Write/edit online content related to digital advertising ---------- velop, implement, and evaluate digital advertising strategies—incorporating best practices that keep F&I Direct at the top of search rankings and increase traffic to ----------

Monitor and optimize placements, keywords, bids, and other key metrics

Generate regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and ROI

Execute planning and budgetary control of digital advertising activities

Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and best practices for departmental digital ad campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

A proven track record of developing a sophisticated, strategic approach to digital advertising and email.

Experience with Zoho Marketing Cloud or other marketing software.

A mix of marketing communications experience in higher education as well as in the private sector.

Experience working with social media management systems (for example Hootsuite, Social Studio, ---------- , or Sprout Social or any other)
