Director of Social Media (Social Media Expert)

The ICV Recruiting team is excited to begin our search for a new Director of Social Media. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with deep social media experience to develop and lead the execution of our social media strategy for our new job board, goRivup (www.goRivup.com)

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing/media, at least 3 years’ proven success managing/executing social media campaigns
* Deep understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogging and how to best achieve desired reach
* Create performance reports and made proactive recommendations for enhancements
* Strong social profile
* Fluent English (Non-American accent okay)
* Perfect grammar (English)
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong personality with the ability to provide suggestions
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Self motivated
* Fast personal computer w/ recent OS
* High speed internet connection
* Willingness to work nights PHT time (10am - 7pm Eastern)
