Full time lead researcher for successful UK consultancy

Gatehouse (www.gatehousegroup.co.uk) is a successful and growing internal communication consultancy, based in the UK. We help large organisations communicate with their employees.

We’re looking to help hire a full time lead researcher to help market our new products and services.

[What we need]
You will be expected to perform a wide variety of online research tasks.

Here’s an example of the tasks you can expect to perform:

• Lead research. We will need you to help find and contact key employees within large organisations. We'll give you a search criteria - then you'll use LinkedIn to help find these people.
• Contact management. We need you to manage our organisation’s contacts database.
• Editorial administration. You'll help research topics and trends, find missing information, and format documents and reports before sending to clients.

[Requirements]
This is a role for a strong English speaker. We'd like you to have excellent written and spoken English. You'll need to be comfortable talking on the telephone to your colleagues and clients.
Additionally, to fill this role, we need you to have:
• Reliable internet. You should have a fast, reliable internet connection – and live in an area with reliable power.

The ideal candidate also has:
• Knowledge of Wordpress or similar content management systems
• The desire to grow with the organisation long-term
