Programmer for a multiple choice story app (ios+android)

Hey my friends,
I am looking for someone to program an app (ios+android cross) with the following specifications:

- a store in which you can purchase stories (in-app-purchase)
- a collection where you can see and choose a story which you want to read.

The stories are formatted so that, after a couple of pages of reading, the protagonist faces two or three options, each of which leads to more options, and then to one of many endings.

So first there is a text and after you read it you can go further by clicking on one of the options and then the next text appears and so ---------- is important that it is easy to add new stories. So there has to be an intuitive way to build the story paths with a decision tree and insert parameter like text, next options, background picture, background music and those things. I will give a more detailed requirement list then.
