Lead Generation

I am looking for someone to make outbound calls (from a pre-loaded list of numbers in a Xencall dialer) to Seniors who will be turning 65 and starting Medicare or who are already on Medicare. Live transfer interested leads and also set appointments.

Ideal candidate:
-Previous Medicare experience!
-Previous lead generation preferred.
-Ability to generate at least 2 leads per day.
-clear speaking English; many seniors have a hard time hearing, which in turn, makes it hard to understand someone with a more pronounced accent.

Start part time/20 hours per ---------- -based work hours. Mon-Thurs 1pm-6pm est

Starting pay is $3/hour USD and a bonus of $5 USD for every lead you generate that results in a sale.

This job is:
20 hours per week
$3.00/hr USD +bonus
30-day probationary period
5 sick/holiday paid days per year (after the first 120 days of employment)

You must:

1. Be able to communicate with persons over the age of 64+. This demands you have very clear English
2. Feel comfortable and confident in calling seniors
3. Be able to produce leads
4. Maintain effective computer system and VOIP capabilities.
