Mid-sized Transportation Company looking for inside sales reps to join our team!!

Were looking for a self motivated, goal orientated team player to join our sales force!!!

All sales teams are provided with:
• Customer Management Software (online)
• VOIP (online)
• Email (online)
• New HOT Leads to sell!!
• You will receive 10-20 new leads a day to start!! There will be a closure quota based on exp and pay grade!! The more you sell the more you make!! EASY
• You also have an easy product to sell since the customers are already in the market looking for a quote!
• You just need to call them immediately and quote the job!!


Qualifications/ Requirements Needed:
• Proficient English Written and Verbal Skills
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• 1-3 Years of Customer Service or Sales Experience
• DSL Internet Speed 2 Mbps minimum (Laptop or Computer Needed)
• Good Working Headphones (Noise Cancellation recommended)
• Reliable and Quiet Area to work since you be working from your home
• High Call Volume (85+ daily)
• Data Input
• Email and maintain contact with customers
• Follow Up With Customer
• Manage your leads in crm software
