VA for eBay DropShipping

I need a Dropshipping VA to one of of my new stores on ebay.
4-5 working hours a day (5 days a week- we can be flexible with this issue).

the work is very easy and I'm looking for a new VA that I can teach her.

I have been dealing with eBay for 1.5 years already and I have 4 stores that I manage, so the knowledge you will acquire is huge.
I am also looking for a VA that I will work with in the long term.
