Social Media Marketing and SEO Specialist

Hello. I am looking for someone who has a background in social media optimization and a strong understanding of SEO to join my team.

I have some basic requirements that you must meet to be considered for the position.

They are as follows:
• You must be able to work 40 hours per week
• You must be available to chat on Skype daily (A webcam and microphone are a plus! Please mention if you have these when applying)
• You must have a reliable internet connection
• You must have well written and spoken English skills
• You must have above average computer skills (Assuming you have a background in SEO, this shouldn’t be an issue)
• You must be OPEN and HONEST! I am only looking to hire someone to join my team if they are willing to be upfront with me on every level. If you don’t understand something I ask of you, I expect you to be honest with me, so we can work through any issues together, and not waste time. I am very accessible and willing to help you learn if needed.
• You must be very smart, driven, analytical, a problem solver, and can read and follow writing and video directions.
Some other things to note:
• Probationary Period - The job will be full-time, however, there will be a 2 week probationary period. If you pass the probationary period with no issues, then we can discuss you becoming a permanent member of the team.
• Pay will be $300 per month plus immediate pay increase and bonus incentives based on performance. I pay bi-weekly for the first three months then you will be paid monthly once a relationship and trust has been established.
• When hired, you will be considered an Independent Contractor, rather than an actual employee (will not affect pay). Include the word Lemon Cake at the top of your response to let me know you are serious about this job and have carefully read this entire job posting.
• I honor the 13th month pay system in the Philippines.

Partial Job Description for SMM and SEO Specialist

• Coordinate and monitor SMM campaigns for effectiveness
• Create new SMM profiles
• Engage directly with users and social media moguls to increase brand awareness
• Use a variety of methods to build authentic fans
• Create and constantly update marketing pieces including videos, blogs, and picture galleries.
• Creatively keep users engaged by building a community of supporters consistently posting content; and building brand awareness.
• Create engaging content that is scheduled and posted on a daily basis.
• Ensure that the benefits of products and services are clear and consistent across all social media and internet programs.
• Track performance of post/tweets activity and report on effectiveness
• Monitor competitive activity on the internet and social media sites, and communicate information with management or via a written report.
• Provide feedback to when service issues arise in the form of messages posted on our internet and/or social media platforms.
• Responsible for updating and continually revising websites to meet consumer preferences for news and information.
• Tracking performance of post/tweets activity and reporting on effectiveness
• Adjust strategy based on performance metrics
• Complete all on and off page optimization techniques for website
• Create ongoing original content. Focus on Keyword density
• Use keyword research tools
• Use Google analytics and Google alert.
• Manage Wordpress
• Create lead generation and email campaigns and strategies
• Landing pages
Other Requirements:
Follower must be 100% organic. SEO white hats techniques. No automated software should be used to get friends. They must be AUTHENTIC.
