Graphic design and photo editing PRO

Hi,

I am looking for a new team member that can help us with all our in-house graphic design and photo editing for our business.

#Graphic design#
You must be a design professional. I am extremely picky with the look and feel. Here are some examples of the quality of work I would be expecting.

#Photo editing#
I am in need of someone that knows how to edit photos in photoshop to make them look consistent and on brand. The images will be either high quality JPG or RAW files. You may also be required to crop or add space in the images to match different use cases, like social media, banners etc. There may be need to remove blemishes, smooth skin, adjust colors etc

Preferred software:
- Photoshop
- Lightroom

You need to be a highly communicative person and be comfortable with being thrown tasks with a very tight deadline.

A few things to note:
- Australian time (Sydney)
- A good internet connection is required
- A Laptop is fine for the job
