We are an IT company that provided IT Support and Services remotely. The position you will be applying for is to work on projects, answer help desk phone calls, enter them into our help desk ticketing system, troubleshoot and fix computer\software issues.
Here are some of the work from home requirements:
- Quite working area
- Stable Computer with dual monitor
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Working headset, mic and mobile smartphone connected to wifi
- Hours Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5pm US/Central Time Zone
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English by speaking, chatting and writing
- Have computer\software technical background and experience
