Virtual Assistant Needed - SEO Back Link Builder, Customer Support Email Representative, and Content Writer

I am business owner of a Chicago based online publishing company. I am currently looking for a virtual administrator to join my team. Here are my requirements (in order of importance). ??

Specific: ?

Experience in SEO/SEM marketing (back link building, directory submission) ?
Experience in email customer service (experience in emailing clients and solving customers problems) ?
Article writing (be able to write quality, 250 - 500 word articles on various topics)

(I will train you on SEO, customer service, and article writing once hired but your experience in these responsibilities in the past will play a big factor in who I hire)

Genereal: ?

Read and write excellent English (paid tasks will test your English competency) spoken English is an asset ?
Begin tasks within 12 hours of receiving tasks and and have them completed quickly and to a high quality ?
Answer emails within 4 business hours in your timezone ?
Provide daily reports on the activities of the day, the hours spent and the tasks I need to take action upon ?
Sign a standard non disclosure, non compete agreement and independent contractor agreement before starting ?
Ask for help when needed ??

After testing this will become a full (40 hour a week) time position ??
