Are You a Multi-skilled - Superstar? Or Are you Ready and Able to Learn

As an online entrepreneur, I have multiple businesses, I need a virtual assistant to assist me ( primarily to assist with my SEO agency).

I probably need two full-time staff, but I just don't have the time to train and manage two staff now so I am offering a single part-time role only to begin with, if you can learn fast, are proving effective and a self-starter then I will want to make you full time very soon.
Full training will be given for everything.

About Me
I am bright, I give clear and detailed instructions and guidance and I need staff that are detail orientated and can follow the guidance well, I cannot afford to micromanage staff, so at a minimum you should follow the guidance I provide but if you can use your initiative and problem solve so I can hand things over without doing a lot of work first then that I believe that the role has the potential to develop a lot.
I am a bright, detail orientated person who learns fast and works hard, I need my staff to be similar but I am decent, realistic, understanding and appreciative too.

I need a person who has excellent written English, ideally they can speak good English too - I am sorry about this but I think it's important for the arrangement to work well because it involves communicating with me and also some website content writing.

You should be ready to meet me via Skype etc to discuss work/new tasks, be able to work in an efficient and productive manner, and keep an accurate record of work done.

I need help with a lot of different things so the work available will be quite varied, if you are now or can become someone I can trust to take on a problem that I haven't had time to research and solve there will always be lots of things to do.

However, if you are not there yet there will be plenty of work that will allow you to develop - I can adapt the work according to your ability, skills and experience.

I aim to develop a training and procedures manual to help my VA/staff to develop faster and also to help me to scale and delegate work.

Almost all of the work involves using a computer, the internet or software so you should have a pc and internet access and be comfortable with that or with really learning to use tools/software/training to help us achieve goals.

If you have some knowledge of marketing and business it will be helpful but it's not essential.


Here are some of the types of tasks that I will need help with:
- Customer outreach/ Lead generation routines ( not cold calling)
- Researching ideas to solve problems and for website content
- Content writing ( it must be unique, high quality content, with perfect spelling and good grammar - use Grammarly like I do!) the content will be for all sorts of niches, health, therapy, SEO, Home care, elder care, Marketing, Wedding planning, events, travel and more - usually it will be simply rewriting a some existing good articles into a new better one.
- Writing and posting content onto websites ( WordPress usually)
- Reviewing SEO reports and writing a commentary for feedback the client ( once you are experienced enough)
- Supervising SEO projects ( I have a team doing the actual SEO, they just need to be managed more than I have time for) ( once you are experienced enough)
- planning marketing campaign emails

- writing copy for emails
- preparing process documentation
- Generating leads by various methods. ( not cold calls)
- Social posting, forum posting, classified adverts
- general admin assistance tasks

That's a few things, as I am short of time to start with it will be few tasks and then I will build it up so it will get more varied and interesting, again full detailed instructions and any training needed will be included, I will explain what I need from you on any task - ultimately I am hoping I find someone that will be a long-term part of the business by adding value.

The role is part -time to begin with, the potential of the role depends mostly on the person, if it works well it should become full time, I think this is a good role for someone who is looking to build experience and learn a lot.

If I can find someone that is really capable then that person could progress to become like my "right hand" and, eventually take on more management of staff or projects too, in the long term I want to be able to be much more hands-off on this business but I need to find the right person - it would take a really reliable and proactive person who is bright.
