Our office is located in the Ortigas, Pasig area
Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

We have an immediate opening for a full-time position, Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Adhering to our Company standards of customer service and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Order processing for fulfillment and billing.
- Responding to customer concerns, questions, and claims.
- Take incoming & make outgoing calls for customer orders.
- Customer Relations--understand how to service different categories of customer accounts.
- Maintain our customer database, vendor portals, business management tools, etc.

Qualifications:
- You uphold strong work ethics and take personal responsibility in your work.
- You rate yourself as extremely organized, appreciate the value of efficiency and details and thrive on multi-tasking.
- You have excellent and professional communication and people skills--in English, both written and verbal.
- You appreciate working in small team environment requiring you to communicate and collaborate with others. Likewise, you are equally capable in working and completing tasks independently.
- You should have computer skills and knowledge.
- You should have at least 1 year of working experience in customer ---------- pensation:
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week - $550 -$650/ monthly starting salary; depending on experience.
