Founded only a few years ago, miaustore designs and sells great products for cats.
We’ve grown pretty quickly and now we’re selling these products directly to customers in Germany, The USA, UK, france, the netherlands, italy, spain, and some other european countries. *The Job:*
You will have a very important role in our company,
you will be one the main person representing our company in our German speaking market.
Giving the customers a great experience is the only real way to build a good brand in 2018. That’s why we need friendly, competent and responsive customer support. At the beginning the job will be mostly customer support, however this will slowly shift over to sales, in terms of following up with customers who have bought our product and offering upsells. Your tasks will include:
-Answering customer
-Operate a live chat window on our site where you answer questions about our product
-Answer
-Answer instagram comments
-Send mass
-Update the /instructions/ page where customers can learn about the product they bought, ask questions etc
-Potentially take incoming phone calls from website visitors (management is still undecided if we will offer that option)
– Upselling new products when we release them (In a very friendly and non-pushy manner)
We will teach you everything about our products and expect you to become very knowledgeable about them.
Apart from the day to day problems that you’ll solve, your friendly and responsive communication will also increase our general reputation and customer loyalty. That’s why this job is so important.
You will work under a remote customer support agent who is based in the Philippines. They will manage the customer support team and coordinate with you on tasks.
*What we are looking for:*
-Perfect or near perfect German
– Intermediate English (to communicate with other members of the team)
-Great, friendly communicator
-You like cats
-Natural affinity for customer support:
We want someone who enjoys the process of talking to cat owners every day, even if some aspects might be a bit repetitive, and some customers might be a bit unreasonable from time to time.
-Infrastructure: You need a computer with good, reliable internet. Ideally you also have a good work enviroment, like a coworking space, or a dedicated room or desk in your house, we can help financially with that.
-Dilligence and work ethic: Your workload will be reasonable, which is why we expect you to dilligently attend to all customers and never ignore one for more than a couple (working) hours
-Experience in either customer support, sales or anything in the pet/veterinary industry is a plus

Full time 40 hours per week
Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday
09.00 – 18.00
