Customer Service VA

A company in NZ with long history, looking for long term customer service and office assistant person, what is required:
- to be focused , good memory , fast learner, the more you ask the same questions again and again and make the same mistakes again and again you will not look good and our staff will have bad opinion about you, not a good way to continue, you cannot be their friend.
- work from a controlled environment with less distraction possible, we don't like customers to hear kids playing on the background when you are talking to them.
- perfect written and spoken english, grammar and spelling, simple math skills required
-due to the time difference you need to expect early start and early finish, start can be as early as 4am in the morning and finishing at 12 noon if no lunch break ---------- is a 40 hours job per week, 8 hours a day, monday to friday
-Duties involve, all customer support aspects, settling their accounts, talking to customers, chatting online , replying emails, reconciling their payments into the order system, printing courier tickets, preparing orders on shopify, and some facebook and google ad words preparation.
-knowledge of SEO is an advantage, shopify , simple accounting programs
-good warm manners when talking or writing to customers, with curtesy, we expect a very high level of problem solving and experience in solving customer problems and keeping them calm if they are angry, need to know if you dont handle the problem well it will come back and haunt you, 100 times bigger, so better get it right the first time, ignorance and negligence can get you in trouble.
- good performances will be rewarded with bonuses once you spend many months without issues.
-you will be respected, and appreciated and treated as a member of our office team, we expect in return great deal of commitment, future paid visit to our New Zealand offices can be arranged to get introduced to staff and know the company well.
-Please if this is not you by any aspect do not waste our time and your time, we do not appreciate people who are not qualified and cannot do this job applying for it , it is just a kind of disrespect and insult for the job.

-non of our experienced office staff and other VA's had any previous experience, but they all are fast learners, and most importantly have problem solving skills and most most importantly common sense and smart thinking, that is why they are still on the job after many years, trust me it is very easy to learn if you are committed and smart and quick learner, no place here for baby feeding
