We are the SEO Brothers ( ---------- ). Two brothers helping other freelancers and agencies grow their businesses through providing effective and affordable white-label organic search solutions. We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist with a keen interest in on-page optimization and technical SEO, who gets excited about creating well-crafted page titles and meta descriptions, is comfortable optimizing websites on the popular CMS tools like WordPress and Drupal and is hungry to continue developing their skills. Their biggest challenge with SEO is finding an effective solution at an affordable price point with reliable talent to develop great offerings to their clients.

Our company - develops effective productized services and campaign solutions for our agency and freelance partners in order to remove the challenges they face when trying to offer SEO to their clients.

We are looking for someone who can:

Communicate - you will have strong written and verbal English skills for both writing accurate and relevant page optimizations (will need to understand the context of the client) as well as sometimes speaking with the client in order to explain progress and decisions made.

Plan and Implement - this role requires critical thinking to determine what the best solution is for a number of end clients (the clients of our partners), which include decisions on site structure, content, which keywords to focus on and page-specific optimizations. You will need to both be able to determine the course of action as well as execute and implement the recommended changes.

Drive results - your experience and continuous education keeping up with best practices should enable you to get results for clients. Results are not just about ranking hire for keywords, but driving the right keywords and audience in order to improve conversions.

This position is for you if:

You have excellent written and oral English communications skills - you are going to be working directly with client's campaigns and within their websites. You will be responsible for communicating with clients from time to time and your English communication skills should be top ---------- n truly say you're passionate about SEO - we are looking for an experienced on-page optimization and technical SEO specialist. You need to be passionate about keyword research site structure, internal linking, crafting well-optimized page titles and meta descriptions, and enjoy geeking out about organic search, the industry, and take pride in the work that you do. While there are many areas of organic search. Your primary role will be managing the on-page and technical optimizations of our client's campaigns.

Are efficient with excellent attention to detail - there may be times when it's necessary to work with many projects on tight deadlines. Being able to find efficiencies while still maintaining our high quality of standards will help you succeed.

You are flexible and willing to learn - Our industry changes quickly, and we are constantly trying to stay ahead of the curve. We are a small team and therefore being open and flexible to the way you work will help you succeed within our organization.

You are looking for a full-time position - we are looking for a permanent, full-time position who can commit and grow with the SEO Brothers. We are not looking for someone who has their own side businesses or freelancing careers.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

- Conducting in-depth keyword research for clients' campaigns.

- Optimizing client's websites with proper keyword mapping, page title, header tag, and meta-description optimization.

- Planning internal linking and site structure changes to better support keyword visibility.

- Digging into technical crawl data and identifying areas of opportunity to improve visibility while implementing changes when possible.

- Planning on-going technical optimization campaigns to support link acqusition strategies to improve overall site performance.

- Conducting website audits for current and potential clients.

- Handling 301 redirect and website migrations for client's undergoing website redesigns.

- Setting up conversion optimization campaigns if needed to support organic conversions.
