A Virtual Assistant is required for an entrepreneur based in the UK.
The key tasks will be:
- managing several social media accounts, including regular posting and commenting in accordance with an agreed plan
- posting blogs
- submitting articles
- various tasks to contribute to SEO e.g. link building
- basic Word Press tasks including adding blogs, tags, uploading and managing media
- email marketing campaigns: composing, sending and monitoring
- managing basic enquiries from customers, by email
- basic word processing and use of excel spreadsheets
Essential requirements:
- excellent spoken and written English
- excellent knowledge of social media and blogging
- good word press knowledge
- good knowledge of MailChimp, Microsoft Office and Word Press
- keen to learn and understand the business
- access to own PC or laptop, headset and microphone
- use of Skype and Dropbox
- knowledge of Google Analytics and Keywords
Following a two stage interview by Skype, a two week trial paid trial will be given to the successful applicant. Pay will be made by PayPal at the end of each week during the trial. “TimeDoctor” will be used to monitor activity levels if the trial is successful. Pay will start at $220 per month and would be reviewed after 3 months. 40 hours per week is preferred.
