Project Management and Worker Coordination

We use Basecamp to coordinate our work and have work sheets and training Videos for the different tasks to be performed .... we need a very experienced person with a general overview to coordinate the tasks, supervise and support during PH work hours.

We are a company with a client base that's 70% German and 30% English speaking. We currently have a VA Staff of 21
