Executive Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Graduated from College.
2. Has stable connection at home, at least 5 mbps.
3. Has internet back-up (pocket wifi, etc.)
4. Knowledgeable in editing and filling up business forms using different applications.
5. Has keen attention to details.
6. Can work in flexible, graveyard, and long hours, even during holidays.
7. Can work with minimal supervision.
8. Can think outside the box.
9. Can work under extreme pressure.
10. Eager to beat deadlines.
11. Needs to possess strong analytical skills.
12. Needs to be internet savvy and must be knowledgeable in different social media sites.
13. Trustworthy and can keep confidentiality.
14. Ambitious and wants to excel and exceed expectations of his/her boss.
15. Has high sense of professionalism.
16. Needs to have impeccable command of the English language, both oral and written.

Successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
