App programming for Android/iOS

Need a simple but beautiful App for Android and iOS with non annoying ads

What needs to be done;
When opens first, you can choose between two actions (Action 1 and 2) to tap on
Action 2 is grayed out and online available if all steps of Action 1 are finished.

Action 1:
1# Intro text with a "I agree" box to accept. After that automaticaly switch to screen 2
2# Kindly ask for E-Mail Adress for Newsletter, tickbox for data protection and GDPR. After that automaticaly switch to screen 3
3# Option to record a video or take a picture that's just inside the app and can't be found in the gallery.
After recording: option to play video muted + bubble that informs the user to lower the volume before unmuting
4# Enter Contact Data -> Mobile Phone, Facebook and Adress and text box for notes.
"Next" Button
5# "Thank you" Screen with instructions what the user has to do now.

Action 2
1# Intro Text with "Okay" Button.
2# Auto shows picture / plays video unmuted. "Next" Button on bottom
3# Shows Contact Data, option to save it to the contact book and display note
4# "Thank you" Screen with instructions what the user has to do now and instruction how to uninstall the app.

Mulitplatform / ionic.io skills would be nice
