Shopify Customer Services

I need someone to handle customer support for my Shopify store. This includes the following tasks :
- providing customer support by answering 50 to 100 client emails per day. This means mainly answering customer inquiries by email (product inquiries, return and exchange inquiries, delivery ETA inquiries etc.)
- fulfilling 10-30 orders per day
- occasionally add or remove product pages from Shopify
- provide daily reporting on customer support
