SEEKING PHONE EXPERT AND ADMIN COMPETITIVE PAY +BONUSES

We are a rapidly growing real estate investment firm seeking a highly enthused and dedicated phone expert to assist us in growing our business by finding motivated sellers and people that want to sell there property to us. For this role, your warm, personable phone presence will be key to getting callers excited about selling there property to us.


To be successful in this role, you must naturally be ok with being on the phone throughout the day. Also, you must be a peoples person and highly driven to interact with customers over the phone.

The Role

- Build rapport with prospective clients
- Make out bound and inbound follow up calls
- Call and speak with homeowners
- Will work 15 to 20hrs per week
- Take notes on prospective sellers
- Organize notes and detail in mojo dailer software
- Identify and flag all hot leads
- Use auto dailer to make phone calls
- Use scripts to screen prospects for motivation
- Book appointments in mojo dailer
- Evaluate properties using our simple online software
- Gain access and document inbound calls from gmail
- find motivated sellers and people who want to sell their house.
- You will be the first point of contact for calling people being the initial screener to vet out the people who want to sell their home with those who do not.


Skills & Experience

- Must be fluent in english
- Very detail oriented and organize
- Ability to follow directions
- Self-motivated and ability to take the initiative
- Positive with an upbeat disposition
- Good demeanor on the phone and able to talk to anyone
- Reliable, need to be able to consistently show up at work
- Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly


Requirements

- Must be available during us time zone
- Need basic technical skills and be proficient at excel
- Must have internet
- Ability to multi task
- 1-2 years experience cold calling
- Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects
- Must have noise-Cancelling headset
- Mac OS X 10.05 or higher. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 Google Chrome v.24.0.1312.57 or later. Minimum 2GB of Ram
